Q – What study material is used in the cell groups?
A – Every cell group teaches the cell lesson provided in the bulletin each week and are available online. These lessons are pulled from the sermon Pastor preached the previous week. Some of the special interest and Sunday cells add extra teaching that has been pre-approved. In the V12 leadership cells, material on leadership is also taught.

Q – Do I have to be a member of Victory to attend a cell group?
A – No.  We have several types of groups that are in the surrounding community and the workplace. Most of the workplace cell groups are made up of non-Victory members. These groups are led by Victory members and provide a place to take Christ into the workplace.

Q – How do I find a cell group that is right for me?
A – There are over 800 cell groups at Victory to choose from. We have groups for every generation, geographical location, and special interest. These groups are listed in the Victory Cell Directory that is printed three times a year and located at all our information booths and cell table at every service. You can also check on the website for information on Victory cells.

Q – How do I become one of Victory's small group leader? What are the qualifications?
A – Victory has a Leadership Equipping Track that prepares you to take part in ministry. There are seven parts to the Leadership Equipping Track, but only the first three are required to be a cell leader: The Foundation Class, Cell Orientation, and Cell Apprenticeship. The additional leadership training, which is highly recommended, are Encounter Weekend, Victory by Virtue (a 12-week discipleship course), DISC – Personality profile, and Commissioning.

Q – Can my children attend the cell group with me?
A – We have children's cell groups that are specifically geared for children and also some of the home groups have Kidz Clubs for the children. For the groups that cannot accommodate children the listing will say "Adults Only."

Q – What is the format of a Victory cell group?
A – The cell groups follow the vision of the church, which is praise and worship, prayer, the word (each group does the weekly cell lesson that is listed in the bulletin), fellowship and evangelism/outreach. Some of the leadership groups and special interest cells may have an additional teaching on pre-approved material.

Q – Do I have to attend a group in my zip code?
