We have been involved in the cell group ministry at Victory non-stop since 1983. The cell ministry started with 29
groups and now 24 years later we have over 800 groups reaching every generation. The cell ministry is a great place
to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12).
Four reasons to have cell groups:

To preserve the end-time harvest. (Joel 3:14; Matthew 9:37; Mark 4:29; John 4:35).
- As New Testament principles are applied, we will see New Testament results.
- In a cell group, close relationships are developed and individual needs can be met.
- Cell groups are a great place to equip and train people to do the work of the ministry.

Victory is using a blended cell model. We have open home cells, special interest cells, common interest (homogeneous) cells, and leadership groups (V12’s).
